We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Pahadi Bus Simulator on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
Pahadi Bus Simulator is free to download and play. It contains no in-app purchases. In-game money is virtual, has no real-world value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.
The app is free and carries advertising supplied by Google AdMob — a banner on the menu and an optional video you may watch for an in-game reward. None is shown while you are driving. Google Analytics for Firebase also counts installs and sessions. The privacy policy sets out exactly what each one handles and how to limit it.
Game progress is stored on your device. We hold no backups and cannot restore it for you. Android’s own backup service may keep a copy in your Google account and put your progress back when you reinstall; you can turn that off in your device’s backup settings.
We may update, change or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time. Updates are distributed through Google Play.
Pahadi Bus Simulator is entertainment. It is not a driver-training tool and nothing in it should be treated as guidance for driving a real vehicle or as a depiction of real traffic law.
The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or be free of errors, or that it will be compatible with every Android device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
