Reporting a bug

To help us fix it fast, please include:

• Your phone model and Android version
• The app version, as shown on the Google Play listing you installed from
• What you were doing when it happened
• A screenshot or short screen recording if you can

Common questions

Does the game need internet?

Not to play. There is no server and no login, so every route and all of your progress works with the connection switched off. A connection is only used to load the ads and to count installs — turn it off and the game plays the same, just without ads.

I lost my progress after reinstalling

We do not hold a copy of your progress, so there is nothing at our end to restore from. Android’s own backup service may keep a copy in your Google account, though — so if backup is switched on for your phone, reinstalling the game under the same Google account often does bring your progress back by itself. If it does not come back, it is gone.

Why does it ask to read my audio files?

Only so it can play your own music while you drive. It reads the files in order to play them and does nothing else with them — they are never copied, changed or sent anywhere. Refuse the permission and the game plays exactly the same, just without your own playlist.

Are there ads, or anything to pay for?

There is nothing to pay for — the game is free and has no in-app purchases. It does carry ads: a banner on the menu, and a video you can choose to watch for an in-game reward. You will never see an ad while you are driving.

The game runs slowly on my phone

Open the game’s Settings and lower the graphics quality. Closing background apps helps too, especially on devices with 4 GB RAM or less — the game starts those phones on the Low graphics preset by default.
